These are all the files pertinent to the Riesame court, which is the Perugia appeals court that reviews cautionary arrests. The Riesame court reviewed Knox and Sollecito's cautionary arrest in a single hearing on November 30th, 20007. It heard
Guede's cautionary arrest on December 14th, 2007. In all three cases, the Riesame court confirmed the cautionary arrests. Their motivation reports are well worth reading; the reports provide an interesting overview of the evidence
known at that point- far before the completion of police investigations.
Typically, the testimony of these hearings is not recorded unless the defendants make spontaneous statements. Sollecito said later he made a spontaneous statement
during his hearing, (and it's noted he did in the motivation report of his appeal) but we have not found the transcript for this yet.
Knox and Sollecito's cautionary arrest appeal. The case summaries are well worth reading and key documents.
Guede's cautionary arrest appeal. The case summaries are well worth reading and key documents.

These are reports created before the hearings and were likely considered by the Riesame court to inform their ruling.
